Coronavirus Service Update

As an essential service, we are given the opportunity to remain open to meet any and all veterinary needs.

Please note: we are asking any family member that accompanies the pet(s) to their appointment should wear a face mask. Thank you!

We’re still open and here for your pet!

We are limiting one pet parent accompanying their pet for each appointment. For the safety of all involved, we’re requesting that you wash your hands in Exam Room 1 upon entering the building, then we’ll get you into an exam room with your pet. All Broadway team members will maintain 6 feet of distance while taking history. From there, your pet will be taken to our treatment area for the exam.

If you are ill, we request that you have a non-ill person bring in your pet.

If you are immuno-compromised or high-risk, we can retrieve your pet from your car and do discussions and payment via telephone.

Helpful Information

Broadway Veterinary Hospital’s top priority right now is the safety of our team, doctors and our clients. In order to continue offering our services and to keep within the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines regarding the transmission of COVID-19, we are making the following changes to our client protocol today and lasting for as long as the recommendations are in place.

Our staff will be taking precautions in an effort to prevent the virus from spreading. We ask that you follow the CDC’s guidelines and take steps to protect yourself. Remember to wash your hands often, don’t touch your face and cover your sneeze or cough.
